  • AU fails to install while logging in to CI

Acquisition Unit failed to start after waiting for 600 seconds. Please check /var/log/netapp/cloudinsights/acq/acq.log for more details.
 
 
  • The acq.log has errors like Read timed out/Socket closed:

 

ERROR [Timer-0] com.netapp.oci.platform.http.RmiHttpClient (RmiHttpClient.java:401) - Error processing request or during the subsequent I/O operation.
