Issue

  • Event Message error:

monitor.shelf.fault: Critical fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0b. Check fans, power
supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.

  • DS460C reports a critical fault from one of the DCM elements in STORAGE-FAULT.
DCM installed element list: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; with error: 1
DCM information by element:

  • The shelf can also report SHELF OVER TEMPERATURE or other temperture warning alert intermittently at the same time as the DCM fault.
