Unable to collect E-Series support data from SMcli client but able to collect from SANtricity Storage Manager

Issue

When executed the below SMcli command using storage array name to save the storage array profile, getting the below error message.

SMcli -S -k -n NODE_NAME -u admin -P PATH_TO_PASSWORD_FILE -c "save storageArray supportData file=\"supportdata.7z\" force=TRUE;"

Error Message:

Unable to open the specified file. Please make sure this file has its read and write permissions enabled and is not being exclusively used by another application.
The command at line 1 that caused the error is:
save storageArray supportData file="c:/logs.7z";
Script execution halted due to error.
SMcli failed.
