After upgrading or certificate renewal System Manager and API are failing

Issue

  • After upgrade or after renewing certificates, System Manager and API are failing.
  • When trying to connect to OSM the webbrowser returns either one of these messages:
    • ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
    • PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
  • apache_error.log :
