Issue

After NVDIMM replacement, the system panics after a 30 minute timeout expires:

/etc/netapp_loadnvram: 1: not found
Loading NVDIMM1 firmware version 2.6.2.c (was 2.5.2.c)
Programming NVDIMM1 FW. This could take over 8 minutes. Please wait...
..................................................................................Tue May  4 15:53:54 2021 [nvdimm.fw.upgrade.succeed:NOTICE]:NVDIMM controller firmware in slot-23 was upgraded to 2.6.2.c.

.........[nvdimm.nvmem.initfail:FAULT]:NVDIMM startup failed due to FW upgrade timeout. To prevent NVMEM data loss, halt the system.

Set bootarg.init.battery_override can ignore this error and continue to boot.

Dumper is not yet registered. A coredump will not be available at this time.
