Alert for failed drive in NetApp SolidFire Active IQ and in cluster alerts tab:

driveFailed

  • Node ID <X> has <#> failed drive(s): slot <#>
  • <X> drive(s) with state: "DriveMissing" driveID: <#>
  • <#> drive(s) with state: "UnlockDriveOpFailed" driveID: <#>
  • <#> drive(s) with state: "WrongDriveSize" driveID: <#>.

driveHealthFault

  • Drive with serial: <DRIVE SN> in slot: <#>, Drive should be replaced. SMART data indicates health failed, raw critical bytes 0-11: 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00
