Issue

  • The node is offline
  • Both MIP access and TUI access are not working
  • After rebooting the node, the slice drive on the node remains available
  • The API call AddDrives always fails with an error

Attempting to remove the Slice drive from service due to Nvram Errors. driveID:1

  • An NVRAM device error was shown under Cluster > Alerts
nvramDeviceStatus |  NVRAM device error={No device found}
  • Replacing the slice drive cannot resolve this issue
  • After triggering the iRTFI by removing and re-adding the node, the iRTFI succeeds but the NVRAM error still persists
