Issue

NetApp SolidFire Active IQ reports the following messages:

  • blockServiceUnhealthy The SolidFire Application cannot communicate with a Block Service. If this condition persists Double Helix will relocate a second copy of the data to another drive. This message will clear when communication is reestablished or the data has been relocated.
  • blockServiceUnhealthy A block service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
  • blocksDegraded Only a single complete copy of the block data is accessible. Restore any offline nodes or block services or contact support for assistance.
  • driveAvailable  Node ID <x> has 1 available drive(s).
