mNode intermittently stops reporting during stuck HCC FW upgrade

- Upgrade in pending or stuck status for extended period of time
Issue
/var/log
folder running out of space due to largesf-urtfi-init.info
file- mNode reboots due to insufficient space in
/var/log
last reboot
command on mNode will show frequent reboots- Reporting to Active IQ intermittently breaks as containers are not coming back up immediately due to
/var/log
running full - mNode kernel reporting about space issues
