Issue

  • Recurring authenticationServiceFault alerts are being resolved within a few minutes
  • 2 alerts in NetApp SolidFire Active IQ:
    • Element Auth container has been not ready for too long on node <#>. Please contact support if this problem persists.
    • Unable to determine status of Element Auth container on node <#>. Please contact support if this problem persists.
  • Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) errors are seen on the eth interfaces of the storage nodes containing the alerts
