Issue

This alert can be generated when some block data lacks enough copies on the cluster to meet replication requirements (e.g. two copies are needed for Double Helix).

  • Error Code:
    • blocksDegraded
  • Error Details:
    • Error: Only a single complete copy of the block data is accessible. Restore any offline nodes or block services, or contact support for assistance. 
    • Critical: No complete copies of the block data are accessible.
