Issue

When running an Element upgrade using HCC, the upgrade fails with the following error message in the docker logs:

ERROR  | Thread run caught unhandled exception : <class 'sf_models.errors.DataValidationError'> {\"volumeStats\": {\"0\": {\"asyncDelay\": [\"Value '00:00:00.000000' is not int.\"]}
