Intermittent iSCSI volume disconnect on Windows host

Issue

The iSCSI sessions of multiple volumes connected to a specific host server experience intermittent disconnect.
 
Windows events:
Event ID 20 : Connection to the target was lost. The initiator will attempt to retry the connection.
Event ID 7: The initiator could not send an iSCSI PDU. Error status is given in the dump data.
Event ID 1 :Initiator failed to connect to the target. Target IP address and TCP Port number are given in dump data.
