ONTAP Select node gives "Access restricted to authorized users" after a storage VMotion with node booted

Issue

  • ONTAP Select node is Storage VMotioned while the node is booted
  • Afterwards the node cannot be accessed by CLI, GUI and VMware console
  • "Login incorrect. Access restricted to authorized users" error is given when attempting to log in
  • CIFS and NFS access may also be affected
