Issue

  • ESXi host becomes unresponsive
  • ONTAP ems.log reports:

[CLUSTER01: mgwd: mgmtgwd.jobmgr.jobcomplete.failure:debug]: Job "Network Recovery Job - 5min" [id 257] (Networking Repair) completed unsuccessfully: (1).

  • vmkernel.log reports messages prior to host being shutdown:

NFS Error: Unable to connect to NFS server
