Issue

A node may experience a system outage when a disk is brought online or reconstructed in a RAID-TEC aggregate on a scale-out cluster. This can occur after a disk offline/online cycle, including during an upgrade. This may generate the error:
{}protection fault on VA 0 code 0 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff8aa30b3e{}.
