Issue

On AFX platforms, a disk may not be discovered by a node after an input/output timeout occurs during disk initialization and a path to that disk is removed. The other nodes in the cluster can still see the disk, but the affected node does not add it to its disk inventory. Affected systems may log a message containing no path available during initialization. Because the disk is missing from the node, this can reduce data protection and, in some cases, affect data availability.
