Answer

Due to a known limitation in the AutoSupport system where certain types of hardware errors, specifically related to the real-time clock battery, do not trigger automatic case generation:

Thu Jun 05 18:57:39+0000 [node_name: env_mgr: monitor.rtcLowPower:error]: Real-time clock battery is dangerously low. Replace it at the next available maintenance window.
