Issue

When connecting to a new external key management server the following error is displayed:

Cluster::> security key-manager external enable -key-servers kms.abc.com:5696 -client-cert 12caXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXX -server-ca-certs RootCA -vserver SVM1

Error: command failed: The following issues were found:
Unable to establish secure connection to KMIP server "kms.abc.com". Cryptsoft error: "I/O Error".
