Issue

  • When upgrading to ONTAP 9.14.1 and later, the following warning may appear:

Preupgrade check: Check for unsecure mac configurations.
 
Message: vserver found with sha-1/md5 mac algorithm. sha-1/MD5 are considered weak and will be removed upon upgrade.
 
Advice: Ensure that all the Vservers are configured with secure MAC Algorithms
