"system service-processor network modify" command is not accepted normally

Issue

The SP/BMC IP address does not change after running the system service-processor network modify command:

::> system service-processor network modify -node localhost -address-type IPv4 -enable true -ip-address 17.85.162.XX
-netmask 255.XXX.XXX.XXX -gateway 17.85.162.XX

::> system service-processor network show
