Cluster Network Switches

Issue

Customer has an existing 6-Node cluster of FAS8000 series nodes.
 
They are attempting to join (2) new AFF-A700 nodes to the cluster, but when the setup is run on either node, the join fails with:
System checks ..Error: Member node Node_1A failed to inspect joining node's manifest. 
RPC: Couldn't make connection [from mgwd on node "Node_1A" (VSID: -1) to mgwd at 169.254.102.119]
