EMS reports "The controller temperature (CPU0 Temp Margin) is not readable".

Example:

Wed Oct 21 13:19:04 CST [node-01: env_mgr: monitor.temp.unreadable:error]: The controller temperature (CPU0 Temp Margin) is not readable.

SP "event all" has error "SP load is high".

Example:

Record 1095: Tue Oct 20 19:08:09 2020 [SP.notice]: SP load is high: 5.29 5.39 5.39
Record 1096: Tue Oct 20 19:39:10 2020 [SP.notice]: SP load is high: 5.38 5.35 5.39
