Issue

  • Alert received that takeover is unable to be performed due to interconnect link being down

[Node-01: cf_main: cf.fsm.takeoverOfPartnerDisabled:error]: Failover monitor: takeover of Node-01 disabled (HA interconnect error. Verify that the partner node is running and that the HA interconnect cabling is correct, if applicable. For further assistance, contact technical support).

  • Interconnect port link flaps or goes down

[Node1: gop_eq: ic.linkStatusChange:info]: HA interconnect: Port ic0a link is down.

[Node1: gop_eq: ic.linkStatusChange:info]: HA interconnect: Port ic0a link is up.
 
  • Storage failover shows 'takeover possible' as 'false'
