New FAS8000 deployments with older X2065A-R6 SAS Host Bus Adapter (HBA) cards as part of head swap upgrade or installing an older X2065A-R6 card from spares.  

Issue

Check Active IQ if this impacts your systems

Log files might report occasional Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) errors.
