  • SPARE_LOW message during a takeover event. Example:

raid.rg.spares.low:error]: partner /aggregate_name/plex0/rg2
raid.rg.spares.low:error]: partner /aggregate_name/plex0/rg3
callhome.spares.low:error]: Call home for SPARES_LOW: /aggregate_name/plex0/rg2, /aggregate_name/plex0/rg3
  • Hybrid aggregates with RAID4 SSD RAID groups. Example:
Aggregate aggregate_name (online, mixed_raid_type, hybrid) (block checksums)
Plex /aggregate_name/plex0 (online, normal, active, pool0)
RAID group /aggregate_name/plex0/rg0 (normal, block checksums, raid_dp)
RAID group /aggregate_name/plex0/rg1 (normal, block checksums, raid_dp)
RAID group /aggregate_name/plex0/rg2 (normal, block checksums, raid4)
RAID group /aggregate_name/plex0/rg3 (normal, block checksums, raid4)
  • Just one spare SSD disk available in one node and RAID minimum spare count option set to 1 in both:
