No LED seen on installed disk

Issue

After adding a new disk shelf to the system, one of the disks has no LED lit , although the below two conditions are met:

The disk is detected normally by ONTAP and the status is normal from "sysconfig -a" output as shown below:

Cluster::> run -node <node-name> -command sysconfig -a

2. The disk is seen in the spare pool after assigning it to a node:

Cluster::> run -node <node-name> -command sysconfig -r
