NVDIMM in slot-11 fails with error "nvdimm.nvmem.initfault:FAULT" while node is booting

Issue
- Node fails to boot with the following error:
[nvdimm.nvmem.initfail:FAULT]:NVMEM subsystem initialization failed because NVDIMM device in slot-11
failed to configure energy source
- The below panic is seen after the node reboots as part of the ONTAP upgrade:

NVMEM subsystem failed initialization or configuration check To prevent NVMEM data loss, halt the system.
Set bootarg.init.battery_override can ignore this error and continue to boot.
**********************************************************************
PANIC : System is going to shutdown because NVMEM subsystem failed initialization or configuration check.

- The following events are reported on the node:
[nvdimm.nvmem.initfail:FAULT]:NVMEM subsystem initialization failed because NVDIMM device in slot-23 lost persistence due to SDRAM not in self-refresh mode , andNVDIMM HARDWARE error.. To prevent NVMEM data loss, halt the system.
[nvdimm.nvmem.destage.failure:ALERT]:NVMEM subsystem failed to copy nonvolatile data to flash memory on NVDIMM device because SDRAM is not in self-refresh mode, and because of a hardware error..
