Issue

  • Intermittent Temperature alerts triggers for impacted HA pair.
  • Physical inspection confirms that there are no amber LED on hardware.
  • The following events are triggered:

HA Group Notification from Node06 (SHELF OVER TEMPERATURE 88 C (190 F)) ERROR
HA Group Notification from Node05 (SHELF_FAULT) ERROR
