Moving disk shelf with partitioned disks from one HA pair to another in the cluster

Description

If you need to physically move a shelf (with no data or aggregates residing on it) with disks using ADP from one HA pair to another in the same cluster and do not want to boot to the maintenance mode or perform storage release disks (disruptive), you must take the following steps before performing the shelf move to avoid issues with disk assignment on the new HA pair
