IOM replacement causes drives to become unresponsive

Issue

After replacing an IOM12, an issue is still seen with the module

Enclosure Status: critical Channel: Cisco-SW1:1-9 Shelf: 10 Shelf Type: DS224-12 Product Serial Number: SHFGD1XXXXXXXXX Module Type: IOM12 1 [IOM12 A] : CRITICAL 02,80,00,E4 ADDITIONAL STATUS AVAILABLE, RESERVED, RESERVED, EXCEPTION DATA VALID, RESERVED

Found that SCSI commands were being aborted after IOM A was installed

These recovered prior to the IOM being removed
