IOM6 modules with ACP in "updating-firmware" status for a mix of OoB and IB ACP

Applies to

  • Shelves with IOM6 modules running firmware 2.10 or later
  • Nodes configured as ACP Out-of-Band (OoB)
  • Nodes not capable of ACP OoB (no e0P port), just In-Band (IB).

Issue

A cluster with different controller models and shelves with IOM6 modules, show ACP "updating-firmware". Example:

::> storage shelf acp module show -fields module-name,protocol-version,firmware-version,shelf-serial-number,iom-type,state
node_name       5.1.A       1.2.02.10        02.10        SHFHU1641000xxx     iom6     updating-firmware
