False-positive spares low message during DQP file update

Issue

  • During DQP file update, ONTAP triggers "spares low" AutoSupport message.
  • The EMS log shows the disks being DDR scanned aren't detected correctly and are newly "raid.disk.inserted" infomation after the DDR scan.
