Issue

  •  "system node autosupport invoke-splog" command fail with following error.

 Collecting remote node logs via serial port
Error: command failed: [Job XXXX] Job failed: The latest log files from the service processor cannot be found for use in an AutoSupport. The most recent log files have been sent and
archived to "/mroot/etc/log/sp/" on node XXXX.

  • SP-LATEST-SYSLOG indicate SP log collection time is 69s.

Jan 1 xx:xx:xx (none) splogd[915]: sp collect latest splog takes 69 secs, success collection time is Fri Jan 1 xx:xx:xx xxxx
