FAS2820 sas port diag test failed under tri-path configuration

Issue

Diag test under tri-path configuration show following three issue:

・System test for PM8072(SAS port) failed

System Test Summary:
Onboard: PM8072 : FAILED

・The LEDs of the shelf port connected to SAS port 0a on both nodes were light up to amber whenever the Diag Test was running or finished.

・After diag test done and boot ONTAP , sas port 0a show offline.
