FAS2552 controller down and will not boot due to multiple disk failure

Issue

Node down and unable to boot. 

System reports messages such as the following during the boot process:
  • Failed disk  detected during disk initalization.
  • Error 19 (disk not ready for requested operation) while reading ownership on disk .
