Disk have no signal from the same shelf bay

- Hard Disk Drive(HDD)
Issue
- HDD become unresponsive
- Finally missing from RaidGroup
- Replaced new HDD on the same shelf bay still have no signal(Both the amber LED and green LED are off)
- The same HDD become operational after inserting it to different shelf bay.
