Disk have no signal from the same shelf bay

Issue

  • HDD become unresponsive
  • Finally missing from RaidGroup
  • Replaced new HDD on the same shelf bay still have no signal(Both the amber LED and green LED are off)
  • The same HDD become operational after inserting it to different shelf bay.
