Disk assignment fails during manual headswap

Issue

When following this procedure Learn about this ARL headswap procedure, after moving the aggregate to the old node 02 and halting/installing the HW on the new node 01, disk assignment fails in maintenance mode with the following error:
disk reassign -s 123456789 -d 598654321 -p 121212121

Result: Disk reassignment failed with:

diskown.StealingDiskPrevented

Ownership cannot be changed because node-02 (121212121)
currently owns the persistent reservation.
