Issue

  1. Switch log collection is enabled and randomly gets disabled.
  2. AutoSupport mgwd section reporting cshmd being stopped and restarted: 
    [kern_mgwd:info:63199] SSTEST: got diagnosis callback for process cshmd state stop
    [kern_mgwd:info:63199] SSTEST: got diagnosis callback for process cshmd state start
  3. ActiveIQ risk: "ONTAP is not setup to collect data from the Cluster switches"
