Node fails to boot due to BIOS upgrade error (I/O error -4)

Issue
- Following entries are observed in the EMS logs where the ANDU unexpectedly entered a paused state:

- Booting with backup ONTAP image (using
system reset backupfrom SP) doesn't help in booting the node.
