EMS logs

[node01: cfdisk_config:cf.disk.skipped:notice]: The disk 0a.11.52 was skipped because it reported the status disk failed.[node01: cfdisk_config:cf.disk.inventory.mismatch:error]: Status of the disk 0a.11.52 (5000CCA0:D85AA758:00000000)has recently changed or the node (node01) is missing the disk.[node01: cfdisk_config:callhome.sfo.miscount:error]: Call home for HA GROUP ERROR: DISK/SHELF COUNT MISMATCH

  • The followig AutoSupport messages sent might also be seen:
    SHELF_FAULT
    Filesystem Disk Fail
  • Disk assignment fails with the following error:
    disk assign: Disk 1a.16.23 not accessible. Error 19 (disk not ready for requested operation)
