Amber fault LED is on without hardware failure

Issue

  • The fault LED is lit on a disk but there are no issues reported about the disk.
  • There is no error in system controller service-event show output:

cluster1::> system controller service-event show
This table is currently empty.

  • The amber LED persists even after turning it off manually as mentioned in Disk has amber light without error.
  • Reseating the affected drive does not change the LED state.
