Issue

After a power outage, there is no power input to the system to boot the nodes.
Amber LEDs are seen on the chassis power supplies.
The power source to the PSUs is verified by connecting to an alternate PDU.
Reseat of the power supplies does not bring them online.
For AFF-C400, following log entries may also appear:
