Issue

  • During a planned ONTAP upgrade on the AFF-A250 cluster, nodeA failed to come online after a reboot initiated as part of the automated Non-Disruptive Upgrade (ANDU) process.
  • The issue was observed on both the production and DR clusters, affecting all four nodes.
