Issue

  • Amber LED persistently set to ON for both of the nodes.
  • No faults are listed in ONTAP

  • The LED is shown to be lit by the BMC:
::> system controller service-event show
  • No faults can be seen in the output of the 'bmc log debug' command from the BMC.
  • The issue persists through a full powercycle of the chassis.
