Description

Ports on CX5 card "randomly" don't come up when booting the Node. This commonly impacts connections made to Cisco switches, however due to the nature of the problem can potentially impact connections to other switch manufacturers.

Cisco ACI can impact port auto-negotiation with SFPs

Timing issue during Auto-Negotiation (AN) with switch port
