Issue

  • EMS detect CriticalFruMultiFaultAlert once for PSU1/PSU2 and recovers automatically after a few minutes.

Node-02 ALERT hm.alert.raised: Alert Id = CriticalFruMultiFaultAlert , Alerting Resource = HZBDXXXXXXXXXX raised by monitor chassis
Node-02 ALERT callhome.hm.alert.critical: Call home for Health Monitor process cphm: CriticalFruMultiFaultAlert[HZBDXXXXXXXXXX].
Node-02 NOTICE hm.alert.cleared: Alert Id = CriticalFruMultiFaultAlert , Alerting Resource = HZBDXXXXXXXXXX cleared by monitor chassis 

  • PSU1/PSU2 status normal and no error detected at BMC log.
