CONTAP-89808: BMC login with fails with "Access denied" though the cluster login succeeds using same credentials

Issue

In platforms like AFF-A400,FAS8300,FAS8700, A250,AFFA900 and FAS9500, when there are users with same name configured across multiple virtual storage servers and when the same users are also used for logging into BMC, then BMC login can fail with these users under certain circumstances.
Resetting the password will allow login for a short time period but issue reappears.
