  • The system is reporting the following "Temp is not readable" alerts for temperature sensors on Fibre Channel (FC) Target+Initiator I/O modules installed in the following systems:
    • AFF A1K, AFF A90, AFF A70, AFF C80
    • ASA A1K, ASA A90, ASA A70
    • FAS90, FAS70

 [Node-01: env_mgr: monitor.ioCard.degraded:alert]: IO card is degraded: IO8 64Ge P4 Temp is not readable
[Node-01: env_mgr: monitor.ioCard.degraded:alert]: IO card is degraded: IO8 64Ge Mach Temp is not readable

 [Node-01: env_mgr: monitor.ioCard.degraded:alert]: IO card is degraded: IO8 64Ge P1 Temp is not readable

  • From "bmc sensors show" BMC CLI output or AutoSupport "sp-latest-ipmi.txt":

  • ONTAP CLI "system node environment sensors show" or AutoSupport "platform-sensors.xml" output shows "failed" values, as well:
