Issue

When running command "system snmp traphost add" to enable SNMP v1 or SNMP v2c on AFF A200, AFF A300, FAS2600, FAS2620, FAS2650, 
FAS2750 or FAS8200 systems, ONTAP returns an error.

Error: Failed to create SNMPv1 traphost "192.xxx.xxx.xxx". Reason: Cluster FIPS mode is enabled.
